Be it over humble grass, a lofty mountain, a beautiful lady or a legendary story, people often turn to poetry, painting, chanting, sculpting and other forms of art to express thoughts stirred, tears shed, emotions aroused or imprints left. Indeed, art is a transcending expression of feelings, wisdom and creativity. Artefacts are objects of art which, as if protected by divinities, have lost none of their lustre despite the ravages of time. Here at China Guardian, we are privileged to be entrusted with the search for the next informed and passionate ‘guardian angels' of art and artefacts. In facilitating the succession of art, we pledge to provide an impartial platform for open and fair trade shored up by our research, interpretation, exhibition and promotion efforts so that art and artefacts can be preserved for posterity in the interest of mankind's pursuit of beauty.
